Our Services
Practical help with the everyday, and support with the things that matter to you.
Support tailored to living life empowered.
Every plan looks different, because every person and their needs are different. What's below is the range of what we offer, and the mix is entirely up to you.
If you're not sure yet what you'd like support with, that's completely fine and it's what the first conversation is for. We'll talk it through together and put something in place that suits you.

Nature
& the Outdoors
A lot of what we do happens outside, and that's on purpose. Both of us came to this work through a love of being out in it, and we wanted to build a service where that was on offer rather than an afterthought.
-
Gardening and growing food
-
Nature walks and outdoor adventures
-
Community gardens and sustainability projects
-
Activities that build connection to the outdoors
It's there for anyone who'd like it, at whatever level suits, and it's never compulsory. Plenty of what we do is regular indoor support and that's just as welcome.
Funding
Grounded Living is an unregistered NDIS provider, which means we work with participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed.
Not sure which you are? That's a very common question, and we're happy to help you work it out.
